Central Co-op Food - Inkersall

I like this Co-op. It's a new store which is modern, clean and bright. It has it's own car park, making quick visits easy. It's well stocked and the staff on the tills are friendly and helpful. There's a coffee machine here too and also a mini counter which sells sweet food. It's much better than the Co-op store in Middlecroft which it replaced.

Terrible service this morning , went to pay for my stuff , asked for a bag, the lady serving me pulled a face. This lady was young had dark hair and glasses. She didn’t offer to pack my stuff even though I had a baby girl crying so I’m packing the shopping and seeing to her and my 6 year old boy. This isn’t the first time I’ve had horrible service here , it’s like they are not bothered about a mum with a baby and another kid to deal with. You would think the staff would like to make the customers life easier 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'd like to say that this Co op at inkersall must be the most pleasing, happy, clean shop I've been into for years. The nice music, friendly staff (nothing is to much trouble for them with customer and they take pride in their work place) clean shop definitely has made me (and family and friends) use it more than we thought we would. It's easy safe parking too. (the pub/parents on the other hand could do with keeping children from running around there as someone will get run over before long). In my opinion these staff at this Co op need to have my 5star rating and should be reconized for all their hard work. Thankyou staff for making out shopping trips a pleasant one. Mandy

I have just called in to this store. Grabbed a few bits and just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to be greeted by your lovely assistant. She was so nice, friendly, helpful. She was an absolute delight. Thank you Claire for the lovely service today.

Hand sanitizer at entrance with directional notice on door. Arrows on floor to direct customers safely around store and to keep distance. Cashiers behind perspex protective guard. Distance queuing for tills. Relatively quick shopping experience.
