M&S Waterside Simply Food

RUDE staff!

My wife was shopping there with our 3 months old baby and had asked for assistance from one of the employees who's name is SAMIRA. Samira was extremely rude towards her, refused to help, telling my wife to go ask someone from the other side, which is funny since it was the security guard who told my wife to go and ask for assistance from Samira. My wife has then asked her if she worked here, and Samira said no? in a very sarcastic tone. Imagine the baby crying and instead of saving us all the time, Samira was standing there being rude because she is too lazy to go and show my wife where the mash potatoes are. PATHETIC behaviour. Eventually she went to show her walking very fast and pointing saying we don't have it and walking away. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I have had so many of my colleagues expressing how rude she was to them and it finally happened to us. We used to shop here on a daily basis, so the fact M&S an have such an horrible employee is beyond me. Where is management?

Busy location close to tube and rail station. Reasonable selection of groceries for sale

Nicely laid out store that is really handy for the canal if you want to grab some food and eat in the (hopefully) sunny weather.

It's a small m&s food hall. I got what we needed. Friendly staff. Clean shop

What rude miserable staff. Accidently clicked wrong button on till only to be spoken to by a male in his 20s who clearly hates working in customer service.

Very helpful staff member called Tina who served me personally when there was a queue at the self service tills. Very polite.
