ALDI

Popped to this Aldi after visiting the local garden centre. Didn’t even bother going in after being confronted with a group of 10 teenagers just standing all over the soil & shopping trolley. Clearly weren’t there shopping and looks awfully intimidating!

Excellent staff there if you need help especially me being small I can't reach the top shelves

Illegally sold out of date goods.
Purchased meat that was past its used by date. If I hadn't noticed, it could have caused sickness or worse. It is unlawful to sell out of date goods when the item is past its used by date. Would not recommend. I am not travelling 5 miles back for a refund. Would cost me more in fuel than the item. Poor customer service that send a generic response.

Good selection of meat and vegetables here. On the whole, a good store to get the essentials from and a few good snacks. Suitable for the location. Surprisingly it was open on the bank holiday. Well done for this.

Normally I'm well impressed with Aldi but this afternoon I popped in for a few bits and was confronted with a dog inside the store.
I saw it had something attached to it's lead and assumed it was a support dog.
As I went around I saw the dog with it's humans down the cheese and cooked meats aisle and the dog was licking the bottom of the refrigerated display.The humans didn't stop it.YUCK and double YUCK.
I brought it to the attention of 2 members of staff so I really hope somebody cleaned up.

Keep your receipt. I was charged twice. If this hadnt of happened on payday we wouldnt be able to eat next week. If this is resoved quickly then i will give the store a 4.

Good aldi, always well stocked and good stocked home n wear , friendly staff
