Central Co-op Food - Littlemoor, Chesterfield

Quite a new store which used to be a pub before being refurbed into a decent sized co-op comvenience store. Friendly staff - reasonably priced food which is clean and well looked after. A bit pricier than the Spa down the road but its still OK

Good offers and I purchased everything I went in for. Staff were friendly and served quick as they were busy (ABOUT 6 BEHIND ME IN THE QUE)

The shop itself is well set out and 99% of the staff are lovely!! Polite and helpful, HOWEVER the whole store is let down by the sheer rudeness, impoliteness and ignorance of one of the staff members, a lady, blonde hair glasses, sour expression!! Cant even greet you with a simple hello this is clearly too much hard work for her, she communicates in tuts and sighs, I have experienced this on MANY occasions and due to this I no longer use this store.

Great shop, I nipped in to buy tonic water but was amazed with the selection of most items. Staff were very helpful and the shop was clean. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Had several poor experiences in this store, over priced products, most staff ( except one or two ) are poorly trained and have no customer service skills at all. Made 2 formal complaints to head office now. Won't be using again. Will use the tesco up the road as i know they have been propoerly trained in customer service.

Went to pick up a parcel from Very that said it had arrived. When I arrived the assistant at Coop looked for it but it wasn't there. Another assistant Tracey Ogden was extremeley helpful. Took my details and called me the next day to say it had finally arrived.

there is nothing ethical about this store needs to be closed like the town centre store due to staff hope they all lose their jobs cos i just domt care
