Good convenience store, had most things that you would need at short notice. Open 7 days a week. Wheelchair entrance. Friendly staff. Has a yodel delivery point.

Okay but nor a very good idea leaving parcels right next to the door someone's gonna be taking them n legging it

Went in today on Monday 11 July 2022 at 3 10 pm and was met by some female who said my two daughters which are 4 years old and 2 years old are banned for causing chaos when this morning myself and partner and both our children went in the shop got served and nothing was said until on the way home from nursery with our eldest its discrimination against us but Sunday when I went in myself there daughter was running around the shop so it's one for them and one for the rest of us im complaining to chad to highlight what they are doing to customers

Fair priced, local convenience store. Staff are friendly.

Horrible experience,told i could not bring my children into the shop and for them to stay with my fiance because my youngest sat on a shelf,absolute discrimination towards me as a full time parent will be taking this furthur.

They have a wide range of stock at reasonable prices, they are a collection point for Hermes parcels, they sell alcohol and tobacco products.
The aisles are very narrow and it could be cleaner.

Customer service is very pure in this store. Unfortunately had a couple occasions being ignored by staff and waiting for ages to get any attention. But the worst happened when couldn't collect my parcel as the sale person didn't know how to deal with it. Will try to avoid any collection from there in the future.
