Nice guest house, host is friendly.
Rooms are clean and spacious, well equipped.
There is a parking available.
It is ideally located, a few minutes by foot from the center.

Very clean guesthouse. We enjoyed our visit. The guesthouse was nice, but no one serves breakfast in the entire town. Otherwise it was a nice area.

Nice place, very clean. The location is very well. They serve breakfast ( not traditional ). The rooms have a name, our were "Callanish" 😊

Very tasteful and comfortable hotel. All details are carefully thought. We loved that there was a small communal kitchen area available for guests to use, with a microwave, kettle and a lovely selection of teas. Continental breakfast was simple but, again, well thought and better than expected. Absolute highlight were the amazing bed and shower. Like being at home, if not better!

A slightly unusual setup, rooms are good but run very differently to other hotels with minimal staff. That's not a criticism and it may be be a covid benefit. If the supplied continental breakfast is not for you there is a really good cafe close by

I would stay here again

We loved our stay here. Such a great location in Fort Augustus by the Loch Ness. Walking distance to restaurants. Guest house itself is very pretty, has lovely rooms and plenty of parking. Our room was un suite and shower was spacious. Room was big and cosy at the same time. Breakfast tray had teas, coffees, porridge, cereals and cereal bars on. Nice touch was chocolates and mints. Overall great place to stay in for short break. Due to covid no staff on premises and has contactless check in at the moment.

Simple but effective. Comfy bed and great shower so can't complain. Nothing to do in the town late at night but it served its purpose would recommend to travellers staying for just one night at the loch.
