It was really good for my first time in Cardiff, bed was comfy, the lady (didn’t catch her name) was very welcoming. Only problem I had was the shower kept going from hot to cold, but that was probably me not using it properly. I will be returning to Cardiff soon and this is the place I will be coming back to. Thank you.

Stayed for one night, as seeing Mrs Brown's Boys at motorpoint arena (walking distance), Dave & Sam very welcoming, room small, but clean, kettle & fan in room. Very helpful when needed anything.

Absolute disgrace I turned up to the property to discover numerous bin bags loitering and a rat passed my feet at the entrance. Filthy building. Left immediately was unclean. No refund issued. Absolutely avoid at all costs if you value your health and well being.

A one night stay for a sports event, the room was small, but perfect for putting kit bags in and sleeping. I am 6ft2" and 140kg, so if I am able to use the en suite anyone can. The staff were very welcoming and willing gave directions and advice.

It was a very good experience. I spent 3 nights in a room equipped with a super comfortable double bed 📺 and a bathroom suite, all very clean and organized. I will definitely come back here!!! Stuff super friendly 👊😊👊

Once again a massive thank you to Dave and Sam for providing me with a wonderful stay at this b n b. They were such lovely hosts and always made sure the rooms were clean and tidy. Much cheaper than your standard hotel and they went the extra mile to make sure my stay was comfortable. Would recommend this b n b to anyone visiting cardiff. Wishing you all the best for the future. If ever I need a room to stay I will be back and recommend you to all my friends and family. I honestly can't fault anything to do with my time spend at your b n b. Cheers!.

Well I had 2 night stay for a sia corse and I can't complain it was lovely room small room but very homey very comfortable beds and staff very polite x

Kathy & her staff are excellent, make you feel very welcome. Do not let the cost fool you. Personally I’ve stayed in other establishments that have cost a lot more & haven’t measured up to anywhere near to what the Parklaneguesthouse does. Your room is cleaned every day, fresh towels every day & coffee & tea topped up every day. The entire place is spotless. It’s that great a place, cost & facilities, that I walk for 45 minutes in morning to get to work. Do not pass bye. Stephen
