Could not fault this place. Great food (huge breakfast), excellent service, super clean tidy accommodation.
We went as a party of 4 plus one small child and had the apartment style 2 bedroom and living room combi. As soon as we walked in we knew we had made a good choice.
The proprietors Lisa and Steve went out of there way to make sure we all had what we wanted and were a great with our little boy.
I would not hesitate in recommending this establishment to any one.

This is a fantastic place to stay 5 minute walk to the beach. We were last minute guests and were hunting for somewhere to stay and glad we found this. The hosts were really nice and friendly and exceptionally helpful. The facilities and room which was nothing short of a self contained and stocked apartment exceeded all expectations, I wish we were staying more than once night to have made use of it.

The best B&B we have stayed at so far. Lisa and Steve are very welcoming and friendly hosts. The rooms are beautiful, clean, tidy and welcoming. You really do feel like you are at home. We have stayed there twice and we highly recommend it.

We stayed there for 3 nights this last week and it was wonderful! Our room had a deck looking out over sheep and cow fields and onto the hills of Snowdonia. Within about a mile there was access to three different types of beaches - a long sandy beach on the way to Harlech, a rocky beach (next to a 5th century church that is still holding services, as well as the only cafe/business in LLandanwg), and a silty inlet where boats are moored.

The small cafe by the rocky beach has limited hours, but Lisa and Steve at Morlyn serve up great breakfasts and dinners and we were fed some great food!

No businesses (besides the diner/ice cream shop) in Llandanwg (which was more than fine with us) so it was very quiet excepting some occasional traffic to the rocky beach. We did catch the train up to Porthmadog to do some shopping (very tourist oriented town) and stopped by Harlech Castle on the way back. The castle is on the top of a hill that just got entered into Guinness book of world records as the steepest hill in the world at 36% grade. Be prepared - we walked up the thing the day before the official announcement and can confirm that hill is a killer.

Anyways, the village is quiet, picturesque, and Morlyn House is a wonderful place to stay and relax and recharge. Lisa and Steve are great folks, and if you're lucky you'll get to meet Percy he cat and Molly the dog. (was a real capper to our time there.) There is a train platform very close, so getting to and from is easy if you're not driving.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Llandanwg.
Morlyn guest house is a lovely place to stay.
The owners are very friendly and helpful. The accomodation was really nice and in an ideal place to get around and see the area on foot or by train.
I can definitely recommend this guest house.
