Extremely great service.

Reuben, on the phone, prior to bringing in my guitar was extremely helpful. I brought in my guitar, it was checked and repaired very very quickly.

Had a right laugh with Reuben and Kevin in the workshop!

No complaints at all.

Was even given a new plastic thing for my five way switch as it had broken off and given advice on a amp modeller pedal I was thinking of purchasing.

Kevin was friendly and professional from the off. Replaced some tuners (even though the ones I bought didn’t fit) on an old strat, and fixed some tricky wiring and did a great setup on a tele. Fair price, great work. Highly recommended.

So happy I found Providence Guitars. Needed some advice on changing the pickups and action on my Washburn HB35. Kev was super helpful and did a lovely job — even refitting the pickups at no charge when the suppliers sent the wrong ones. The guitar sounds stunning, looks great and feels so much better to play. Thanks guys!

These guys are excellent. Gave me proper time and attention to figure out what I needed and then made a completely unplayable guitar playable again. I can't put it down! I took a second instrument in when I picked up the first, and will probably continue to bring them broken instruments until they beg me to stop! Awesome service from two technicians who are clearly at the top of their game and have their hands full servicing the instruments of VIPs. Great value as well considering that.

I reached out to Providence Guitars about bringing in my Jazzmaster which had some faulty wiring and general set-up issues and they have been absolutely fantastic about sorting out the issues. They have been consistently fast at replying, fixed the faulty wiring as well as set up the guitar, and even installed some new parts on it that I had brought. Lovely people as well, easy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend these guys, even if you just need a guitar set up or adjusted.

I have taken my low range electric/nylon guitar (Harley Benton custom line Nashville) to Reuben , thinking that if I was to inject some cash to improve this instrument, I might find myself having a great guitar in the end.
It was definitely a bit of a gamble...

Reuben was very accommodating in many way... timely, financially and by adding some personal touches to the work.

The result is astonishing!! I cannot put this guitar down!! I am completely captivated by the overall sound and playability.

I recommend these guys to anyone. Very friendly, professional experts in their field.
Five stars all day long!!
