I have been using Estehair for over a year now and the whole team is extremely friendly and welcoming. From my initial laser hair removal consolation through to each of the sessions, both Naomi and Esra in particular have made sure that I am comfortable and taken the time to explain the treatment and each of the packages available. Would definitely recommend.

I have been here for just over a year, the quality and professional is outstanding. They take great care with my laser hair removal and I have experienced very positive results. Due to my ethic background I have I mixture of extremely thick hair as well as hair that is fine, however the professionals are very experienced, they understand what they are doing and provides the best advise to ensure successful hair removal that is not compromised. The team are very respectful, my sister also attends and I have to wait for her, they offer tea which is lovely, but especially in winter. They do not only provide quality service but also take their time to support your overall wellness. I have read quite poor reviews which I cannot simply believe as my experience has been only positive. I’m infamous, it doesn’t matter, I’m treated with respect, value and I am very satisfied. I look forward to continue attending.

I've been getting a full body laser for around a year and a half now, and the ladies here have been nothing short of amazing, professional and friendly. The clinc is clean, the staff are great to speak with and I've really come to enjoy my sessions here as I've been made to feel comfortable and welcome. I have been going Este hair medical 2020 and the staff are always so helpful and polite. Special mention to Dilyana who has always been so supportive and with her help and patience I finally went to Turkey and got a hair transplant. Results look great so far and she has been fantastic throughout the after care. Highly recommend this clinic.

Laser has absolutely changed my life!!! I was terrified before I first started as I wasn’t sure what the results would be, however everyone at este made sure I was comfortable and when I had my test patch I knew there was no going back.
The treatments work and the aftercare advice is phenomenal.
Noemi is absolutely amazing!!! She is the main aesthetic therapist I have been going to. I am very particular especially when it comes to my face, but Noemi has always ensured whatever treatments she has been using work for my skin. No matter how many clients she has, she always gets to know them and their skin, as she did with mine.
I love hydrafacials here but most of all the micro needling. As an Asian woman, I am prone to pigmentation. The micro needling sessions have definitely reduced this and made my skin look healthier than I’ve ever seen it. The thought of starting this definitely worried me, but after one session with Noemi, I knew I was in very good hands. Anything you don’t like or feel is too painful can be reduced to suit your skin type. This is all for you, your skin and your body and the therapists at Este ensure you know that. I’m using EsteHair medical services from few years now, I have hair loss in advanced stage so they helped me a lot! First I start with laser hair regrowth treatment for my scalp and then I decided to go for hair transplants. They looked after me and arrange everything for me and also the aftercare was on point. Especially Dilyana and Ilayda are amazing from the beginning, very knowledgeable and helpful. Now I’m doing PRP with them and hydra facial and the results so far are excellent. I have been attending Este clinic in Harrow for a while now and I must give credit where credit is due. I have never ever seen such competent and friendly staff anywhere like I see here. The girls here make my day and I feel like my week isn't complete until I've seen them. They're all amazing but i see Ilayda, Ezra, Ida and Dilyana on a weekly basis and they are more like my sisters rather than staff who are treating me.
Ida is like an older sister who is so calm and composed. She makes me feel at home and is always offering me a coffee. Also she makes the BEST coffee. First impressions really mean alot and Ida was the first person who treated me when I came here.
Dilyana is so bubbly and funny that even if you are having a bad day she will cheer you up. She is so confident that you automatically want to be like her.
Naomi is so funny and smart at the same time. Ezra is a sweetheart who will give you the best advice like a best friend. If you have gone through a breakup, Naomi and Ezra are the ones to be around!
And finally Ilayda - she is one of the most sweetest and kind hearted people I've ever met and she makes me feel so comfortable during my PRP sessions. She is exactly what a manager should be and so beautiful in every way.
Because of my experience at Este I have recommended them to my friends, family and even followers on social media because of how great they are. I will continue my treatment here only because of the amazing staff and the work they do.

I very rarely write a review for these sort of things, but sometimes its important to give credit where credits due. I went to Este at the beginning of the year to just find out about a treatment and was invited to come in for an initial consultation.

I was met by Noemi who was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. For a guy its sometimes a little daunting to even consider getting any kind of treatments done. But Noemi helped to alleviate any concerns without any obligations. She has since, been my professional therapist throughout my current treatment. And ultimately I have clearly benefited from it.

She also recommended another related treatment to me which she said I would really benefit from as she's personally just done the treatment herself. I have now started this other treatment with her and so far so good. Thanks again to Noemi, you're a star, and also to the rest of the team.
