My experience in Morresi Salon is incredible. They work on extremely professional level and with high quality products. Moreover, from the first step in the salon you can feel the good energy and the team make you feel comfortable like you are at home. Also, they can make your wish come true with the colours, shapes or the strength of the hair. In the salon you can find different treatments. For example, I went for keratin therapy and it works 10 of 10.

Roberta and Salvatore are excellent! I've been twice this year, first for a perm (which turned out great) and the second time for a trim & ashy blonde highlights. The color turned out very well; the style is spot on. They're my go-to in Cambridge.

I am extremely disappointed with the deceitful service I received from Salva. I enquired about Balayage service from him and paid for the same. But at the time of working on my hair, he mentioned that Balayage can damage my hair at the moment. He went on to do highlights. I explained my concern to him that I've paid for Balayage and he's given me highlights so I've incurred a loss. He promised to schedule another appointment within 2 weeks to complete my Balayage treatment without paying any extra amount.

As I was asked to wait for an appointment for two weeks, I respectfully waited. When the two weeks passed, Salva called me and suggested to wait for one month to get better results and again I respectfully agreed to this. Now, my next appointment date is on 30th August as he sprung new information on me that I'll need to pay the full Balayage amount again to add more colour.

This behaviour stinks of cheating. I had not been informed of paying extra beforehand, otherwise I would've simply paid for highlights and not participated in this entire charade. After I mentioned to him that I won't pay extra, he tried to pacify me by taking a small amount off the new bill. He has stretched the process almost two months and now asking for even more money. This is unacceptable!
It has been a disastrous experience simply because Salva wasn't honest about the process. He caused me a loss of time and money! Would not recommend to anyone!

Booked a session with them for a hair cut and perming but when I arrived on the day, they said that they forgot to log me in their schedule and told me to come back another day!!! Only when I got back home, they texted me saying they could do the service on that day. Could have rated them one star for what I have experienced, especially when I have a very young baby to look after, super hard to find time to go out for a hair cut.

I have been following their instagram page for a bit . I had my balayage, toner,cut and style with Maria and I am so so happy with the results. All the team is super nice and she is amazing. My friends all loved the natural and dimensional look,it is very flattering . I do really recommend the salon .

I have come a few times since the beginning of the year, and I have always been really happy with my haircut and colour. All the team is great, they listen to you and they give great personalised advice too! Plus they are kind and open people, which is very important of course. I am super happy with my recent colour and hair cut, thanks so much Roberta!!
And again, all of you are amazing. It's the first time that I really feel comfortable at a hairdresser's...

Before I went here I hadn't trusted a hairdressers in years. I want to thank Maria who did an incredible job on my hair today! She really listened to what I wanted and gave amazing advice when I wasn't sure on something. I won't go anywhere else now! Thanks again 😊

Matia did an amazing balayage in my hair. After many disappointments in other places in Cambridge, now I’ve finally found a place that will really care about the final result of my hair and not just rush to get another customer in. Couldn’t recommend more! Grazie Mille!
