Massive thank you to Ewan who styled my hair this evening. Can’t figure out how to do a rating but my hair is the healthiest it’s been in a long time and I’m incredibly happy with the consistently good results! (The curls stayed in tact despite the wind!) A warm, relaxing, happy atmosphere! They also gave me great advice and good ways to look after (and maintain hair styles) in this horrible weather. Thank you both!

I've had many wonderful hair cuts with John, I won't go anywhere else !!! The shop is lovely, great music playing always! My hair cuts have all been great ! I've not had to say what I want , he just knows. Totally great experience . Would really recommend. Also the shop is in a nice quieter part of Canterbury. 10 out of 10 😎💋

First haircut today since lockdown. Jon has cut and coloured my hair for years. Due to his excellent skills my hair has maintained its shape and my regrowth of natural colour has blended in well considering my 7 month absence! Good to be back. Would highly recommend salon.

I never post reviews but felt on this occasion I should. I finally found a hairdresser that was willing to colour my hair the way I wanted after being put off by every other hairdresser I’ve ever been too. I was in the salon for over 5hrs due to what I had done but at no point did I realise it was that long. The staff are friendly and professional and it’s a wonderful relaxed atmosphere even with all the current restrictions. Ewan is a young stylist with great enthusiasm and seems to be a complete natural. He also did a great job on my 8yr olds hair that was looking very thin and ratty, she now has a beautiful bob that looks thick and healthy. If you hate hairdressers like I do then this is the place for you!

Nice, relaxed and friendly atmosphere at Vans. Have always had great reliable service. Been a regular here for many years and will continue to keep coming back. Thanks Vans, top job!

Great prices for students! I had my hair cut and styled for £25, really friendly service, was a lovely place to go, hair feels and looks so much better. Will be going again!
