I really hate that I have to give this review but after seeing how this lady cut the back of my hair… I am never going back there.

I have short hair already and I asked for a tiny trim and the lady started to cut the back of my hair. She then cut a tiny bits of the side as I requested that but she never showed me what the back of my head looked like after the cut was done. I was okay at the time as the front of my hair was all okay…

It was went I went to the H&M changing room and saw with the back mirror the back of my head I was really taken back and my heart sank. I understand I have short layers but a good hairdresser should know how to finesse/even out and make it blend well.

My friends and my own mother said it even looks like some child has cut my hair randomly.

I even went back to complain and I was trying to be polite the entire time but the lady who cut my hair was immediately so defensive by saying “it’s not my fault” not once she tried to even understand what I wanted to say and just told me to leave my hair alone and not cut it and let it grow etc

I paid 20 gbp for a dry cut just for me to leave the salon with the back of my head like this.

I would of been feeling better if the hairdresser would be more caring and emphatic but I knew it wasn’t worth the argument when the first thing she said was “it’s not my fault, you have short hair”

That’s not even the point?!. Went home and cried.

Very friendly and they do a neat job! I had tried only eye brows and lips , it costed about £8. The assistants here are very friendly and you can find them very persuasive to use other services. They offer hair dressing, facials, waxing and massage services. Women and kids only parlour. You can book an appointment so that you get attended on time!

I’m so happy with my hair. Ram did a fantastic job. I have always been coming here for other treatments as well. Excellent salon . Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Glam go Salon.

Worst haircut of my life - if I could give -10 stars I would. I have been before and the haircut was perfect however have got new staff since. My hair is ruined and has been cut too short and uneven. The layers are choppy. I told the hairdresser at the time and she didn’t fix it. I could’ve cut better myself. They offered to fix it but my hair has been cut off around 5 inches when I asked for 1-2 inches off. My hair is way too short and not what I asked for. Have to wait another year or two to grow this mess out. Never been so upset or disappointed. I spoke to the owner and she kept walking away from me when I asked to resolve the problem.

I come here very often and I always do waxing with Rosie. She is the best one I have had for my waxing. She does a very good and very quick job. Some of the staff doesn’t speak much English but they understand and are very friendly. I love that most of the times you can walk in and have the treatment done straight away without waiting. Very good lighting and clean which is also key for a good job. Love it.

Every visit here is amazing. The staff are friendly, professional and help you out with what you need and recommend what works and doesn't work for you. My laser hair removal had amazing results, manicures were top notch, hair styling and colouring was excellent. I think this review was long pending! I've been a loyal customer for nearly 2 years now and I don't have a single complaint! It's a fab place for Hounslow and deserves the 5 stars !
