Lucy was the one who did my hair (cut, style, and treatment), and I was very happy with the result! She really paid attention to what I wanted, and even gave suggestions along the way. It was my first time coming to this salon, and definitely not gonna be the last! <3

Had the best time - arrived with damaged dry hair, left with soft, styled hair and advise on how to maintain. The coffee was excellent, and the complimentary head and shoulder massage was a fabulous few minutes of peace to start the haircut. Highly recommend

For years I hated going to the hair dressers. Since going to Elaje all that has changed. I look forward to having my hair done now! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Delighted with my hair, styled for over five years now by the lovely Lucy. Thank you xx

Had my haircut with Megan. She was very friendly and patient. I was super satisfied with the result! Highly recommend her! But my whole good mood was ruined by the receptionist at the checkout! Her impatient attitude made me notice her name - Julia!

I’d like to book an early morning hair styling appointment for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law who will attend my wedding, as well as my hand nail and bridal makeup. Also asked what the bridal package is and the price. Julia not only didn't answer my question, but she told me they are fully booked without even checking the system. She said she would call me the next day to see if she could transfer anyone from another store to help me. However, she never phoned me back! Wasted my day of waiting!

Also, I checked the booking system on the way back and found all the vacancies I’ve seen two days ago for hand and makeup were still there. So I called the front desk and I got her stupid excuse someone just cancelled. Oh, the six cancelled appointments pop up were exactly the same as I saw two days ago? Again I asked about the bridal package. She on the phone gave me a SNEERING LAUGH and said she didn't tell me only because she knew I couldn't afford it! ! ! Funny! Check our phone recording, she is not only unprofessional, but also DISCRIMINATES against customers! Extremely RUDE!

I won’t write any bad reviews, if she called me, even to let me know she couldn't get me any appointment. But with Julia’s ignoring and all her IMPATIENT attitude, it looks like Elaje doesn't need you as our guest. Then, I cancelled all my further appointments and won't come back again! Where cannot spend money? Why would I have to buy her face? Feel so sorry for Elaje working with such an UNEDUCATED person.

Booked with Gemma, I’ve never felt so at ease in a hair salon- I was taken aback when she had a well thought out consultation with me & that’s when I knew I could trust her with whatever happens to my hair. The service was impeccable, it was so welcoming as soon as I stepped in. Will definitely be coming back again!

The bast hair salon I have ever visited. Made you feel special from the moment you walk in until last minute of your visit. Always do my hair colour with Lucy and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Very professional, always listening and does magic to your hair, making sure it is being looked after as well. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Annabel was fantastic with my hair and very professional. To start with I had a very in depth consultation about what I would like my hair to look like, this is something I have not had before and was very impressed. I had a full head of highlights, a treatment and blow-dry. Everyone is complimenting to say best colour they have seen me with. Very happy and 5* service.

The girls have been amazing at restoring my colour after a mishap. Such a lovely team with fantastic service. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and welcome and get the results you want! Would recommend to anyone living in cambridge!
