Had an appointment booked for over a month and received an appointment reminder the day before. When I woke up in the morning I had received a text from one of the hairdressers at 7:30 am asking me to go into the salon within the hour as it was her day off? (My appointment was booked for 12:30). I couldn’t attend at this short notice and no one ever bothered to ring me back to rebook, not that I would anyway, completely unprofessional. I have since been to Sheree at Siren in Studley and can’t recommend her enough.
