Good Looks Salon

My weave was done good lasted 6 weeks. Prices are good. All the staff need to do is get some customer service i.e. Smile when a customer enters, greet them and be willing to help. Instead of being distracted looking angry and giving little to no eye contact. Overall most importantly I was pleased with my hair 🙂

This is a multi-cultural unisex Hair Salon with talented experts who are highly skilled and experienced professionals. They offer a broad range of services; washing, setting & styling, weaving, dreadlocks, braiding,relaxing & treatments etc. Their Customer Service is of a high standard and they offer good advice for the well being of their customers. I have been going there for the last 5 years and would highly recommend Good Looks Salon. Its is one of the best in Slough!😄

Poor customer service, they were late and extremely rude. Braids completed were of poor quality, not sure if she knew what she was doing. It was not what i asked for and had to keep explaining to her what i came for. Complete waste of time. I went home to see of i could work with it and ended up taking it all out. Waste of money and my time. Definitely not professionals!!!

Terrible customer service. I phoned up to check the price of a service. The woman answered the phone by saying "what?"
Not 'good morning'
or
'hello can I help you?'
During the call she put the phone down to take another call without explanation. I decided that this experience was an indication of how poorly I would be treated at the salon.
I don't go to the hairdressers often but when I do I expect to be treated better than this.

Small specialist hairdressers with hair extensions and accessories on site or nearby. This soon caters mainly to African hair clients but is versatile enough for most clients' needs. Try and book before attending as they can have a queue of clients waiting to be served. With a look in esp if you want/have dreadlocks.

Excellent hair dresser

I had a crochet braid here, it was done with care and I loved the end result.

Welcoming and friendly service, prices are good and stylists are very good also...
