I arrived today with a dreadful cut and condition ,Kerry has transformed my hair cut and the condition. I would most definitely recommend this hair salon too friends and family. Thank you for restoring my faith in hairdressers Thank you Kerry you made me feel comfortable and advice on what style to correct previous hairdresser.See you in four weeks.

Have been going to this hairdressers for years even before it relocated. The ladies are all lovely! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Prices are reasonable too! Great with my 2 year old as well

I am absolutely disgusted with my treatment this week. After turning up 10 mins early I was kept waiting 30 mins beyond my appointment. With no aircon and 30°c heat, I was offered no refreshment or acknowledgment on arrival or information to advise they were running late. In addition to feeling unwell due to the heat, when I questioned the delay I was met with the most arrogant response of "If we are not good enough for you, you are welcome to go elsewhere!" I was so taken aback that I continued with the appointment, but feel strongly enough to publicise a truly awful customer experience.

I moved here from London recently and had to find another hairdressers. I definitely picked the right one with Hair Studio. I've been twice now and the first lady who I'd been very happy with was poorly the second time but I had phone call asking if someone else could do my hair. I appreciated the call and again I was delighted with my cut. These ladies really listen to what you want done and expertly ablige. Thank you ladies.
