Blow Garden West Malling

I want to be completely honest about my experience here just to prepare others for when they attend. I can’t say that my experience was awful but it could’ve been made better if there were a few tweaks.

I’ve seen photos of the styles online and have been following Blow Garden on Instagram for some time so had high hopes!

I had my hair washed by the salon assistant, which was great and also had a lovely head massage. Couldn’t fault her at all - she did an amazing job!

I chose a curly blowdry. I’ve had my hair blowdried a few times previously so knew what to expect etc. However, being completely honest, I found the experience quite uncomfortable. The lady doing my hair was really tugging it to the point where my neck started to ache. I was having to grit my teeth through some of it due to it tugging my hair so much. I managed to bear it without saying anything as I wanted to be polite but it really wasn’t a comfortable experience!

The hairstyle looked great after which made up for it. However, unfortunately, my hairstyle dropped out within about 2 hours so I felt disappointed as it felt like I’d just wasted £30 and my hair didn’t even last for the party I had specifically got it styled for.

I don’t like to put negative reviews anywhere but I just wanted to be completely honest so hopefully this is something the ladies can take into account. Sadly, I don’t think I’d return again.

Sadly due to a sudden bereavement I was unable to attend my appointment, this was the day that my appointment was scheduled. In amongst my grief I forgot to call the salon to cancel my appt. I know it's in their policy , some 3bweeks after the appointment I have been charged without any communication from the salon. I have sent an email explaining my situation and asking for a refund given the circumstances. I am yet to have a response.

Always loved using Maidstone Blow, thought I would give West Malling a go...... Ot do sure I would try again.
