I had my hair cut here which to cut a long story short didn’t go well! But I rang the salon the next day and spoke to a lovely girl who listened to my concerns and got me booked in with the wonderful Ben (he didn’t do the original cut) to do a full correction free of charge! He was great and saved my hair! The original lady was very lovely but I will only be trusting Ben with my hair now in the future!

Arrived for my hair appointment to be told that my stylist had not arrived for work! They called me an hour before my appointment time but from a withheld number so I did not answer. No answerphone message left! No text message left! Very disappointed that no one used any common sense to inform me. I was offered an appointment later in the week, day/time not specified. No follow up from a manager or further apology. Unprofessional.

This was a shambles from start to finish - I won’t be booking here again. I booked a balayage and cut and blow dry, it got cancelled the day before with a phone call and rebooked for the following weekend. The morning of my rescheduled appointment I get a call to cancel it AGAIN. I had arranged childcare both times. They then called back to say they had cancelled another client to fit me in (poor other person!) but as it turned out at the end of the appointment, the stylist who had done my colour was unable to do the cut! So after all that, STILL not received the service I booked. Other clients turned up through my appointment to find theirs had also been cancelled and were turned away. Credit to the receptionist who handled it really well, but terrible management in this salon. (Immy did the colour, Amelia was the stylist/manager who cancelled both times).

I'm over the moon with my new hair Gergena has done an amazing job .
I walked into the salon with really bad hair colour ( which I did myself at home)
Gergena immediately listened and advised me and scheduled me in for an appointment.
My hair is such a transformation and I'm so grateful too to her .
I walked away from the salon with a massive smile on my face .

This salon is fantastic and Gergana is a magician who always works her magic on my difficult hair. It's taken me years to find someone who I can totally trust with my hair but it was worth the wait!

Had my hair done by the lovely Immy today. Booked initially for a balayage as my hair had been brunette for the past two years and I wanted to go blonde. Ended up getting highlights by personal choice and the result is amazing! Blonde nearly all over and she spend over 3 hours doing my hair even working after the salon closed bless her. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back again!
