AVOID AT ALL COST

Absolutely horrified at the shoddy work done here, my hair has been absolutely mangled and looks like a bad wig. Only issue is I can't take it off! The div cutting my hair went straight in with thinning scissors without so much as an ask. Not the first time roots have made a pig's ear of it, but certainly the last!

Can't fault Jane and Emma always look after me know my cut and style cheap aswell compared to other places! Even great with my 2 year old

Im a regular customer here, come once a week and have been happy up until now. However, a new barber has started recently to fill in for the owner (on a temporary basis i think) but each time she has cut my hair, she has managed to mess it up, today she pushed my hairline back a good inch... needless to say I wont be returning anymore.

I must say, Icalled last minute as needed a full set if nails. The lady kindly arranged a same day appointment.
I have never been before, this was my first experience
A very lovely lady did my nails, made you feel very comfortable.
However 30.00 for a full set, which is what i pay with my nail technician now, whom is amazing!
All nails are different shapes, sizes . I thought with so many years experience that they would be ok!
I have had to take them off and pay 30.00 again.
Quite disappointed with the results

Customer of 10 years plus minus lockdown. Regular reliable female specialist staff, friendly faces making a pleasure of a gents trim. Need to ring ahead if possible for convenience. Good value.

After trying nearly all cutting establishments in Fulwood and surrounding areas, I have finally found one that can accommodate not only mine, but my whole families needs.

Both myself and partner go there every fortnight with our 3 children who can be demanding at the best of times but the staff are amazing and always seem to keep them entertained.

There are 4 stylists and it's appointment only which is brilliant as you aren't waiting around for an hour plus to get seen.

The shop has a lovely waiting area upstairs but I have been told of their maintenance guy Andy that there is a small refurbishment imminent.

I have recommended them to lots of friends and family who now use them and haven't heard a bad review from any.

I have been a customer with Roots for over 20 years. I have lived on the other side of Preston for 7 years but I will always come back here.

The staff are very friendly and give high quality, affordable haircuts. It is best to book an appointment in advance, but if not they will always try to fit you in where they can. I would definitely recommend them.
