I got my hair washed cut and styled by Sophie the water was BOILING hot and did indeed hurt my scalp i got up and waited til she adjusted the water but not once did she check i was okay or say sorry she was too busy talking to another hair dresser and my scalp was RED RAW the hair cut itself was ok but she made my fringe uneven and had to get it cut somewhere else! Unhappy! Avoid!

I had my hair cut by Carlene. She was very friendly & welcoming (I was a walk in, no appointment). She quickly ran through what I wanted & told me how it would be best to cut my hair for more volume. My hair is thin, straight & had grown out to look rather untidy, but she cut a gorgeous bob with great volume in the back. I was really pleased with it, have since styled it myself very easily & even received some compliments on the cut. Thank you so much!
