Everyone’s hair and style is different, led by Katie they listen, understand and create hair styles that genuinely compliment your features and suite your life style. Highly recommend.

Having struggled for years to find a suitable hairdresser who can manage my mixed race hair I finally found The Chair. They are simply the best! They work their magic on my hair every time and make me feel well and truly pampered whilst I'm having my keratin smoothing Brazilian blowdry. I have a regular wash cut and blowdry in between treatments and my hair is now in such good condition since becoming a customer of theirs.

I’ve spent years looking for a great hairdressers and the chair is it! Everyone is warm and friendly, the stylists constantly train and are so engaging and passionate about their work and I genuinely look forward to coming in to get my hair done (never thought I’d say that after some nightmare hair cuts!) Nicole is a superstar and just *gets it* even when I’m vague about what it is I’m after, wouldn’t go anywhere else 5****

Came in this morning and had Amber do my hair full head of highlights and a blow dry! Was absolutely amazing☺️ Herself, Luke the trainer and Cat the receptionist made sure I was comfortable the whole time too with being pregnant! Amazing team and salon! Highly recommend ❤️

Kelly did a wonderful pedicure and manicure. Made me feel relaxed and totally chilled. Never been before, but most certainly will continue to use. Very professional lady. Well done. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely staff that always recommend styles that suit you but also listen to your preference. I like the products they use on your hair (washing and styling)

This was my first time visiting The Chair and it won't be my last. I was greeted warmly by the staff and had the pleasure of Rosie doing my first classic eyelash extensions - She made me feel at ease and super comfortable throughout the whole process. I'm impressed how my lashes turned out and I have received a few compliments! Thank you so much Rosie and the team - I'm looking forward to my next visit! :)

My first visit to The Chair and I can't fault the experience. I chose to book an appointment with Katie because the information on the website made it quite clear she had particular expertise with fine hair. And she was brilliant - she took the time to listen to me, to get to know what I do (or don't do!) with my hair and to talk through the options. She showed me exactly what she intended to do with my hair before cutting it so I knew exactly what to expect. And I wasn't disappointed. I love it - after more than six months she literally put the bounce back in my hopelessly fine hair! More than that, the experience overall was very welcoming. The building is beautiful - much bigger than you might expect from the exterior - with several floors of beauty rooms and a gorgeous outdoor terrace at the back. Lots of space for clients inside too. The lovely lady at reception gave me a quick tour before I left. Because it was my first visit, I got a 20% discount so that was a lovely surprise. I've already booked my next appointment and have no hesitation in recommending the salon to anyone else.
