The place is tatty and have a disgusting ammonium smell. The smell was so bad that I was attempted to leave when arriving. Unlike typical Japanese, the staff here are rude and hardly speak any English. The haircut i receive was below mediocre-standard and hair length was un-even near my ears. Don't expect the usual standard of Japanese hair salon service from this place, it's hardly a dodgy barber shop.

Popped in without booking, but staff dealt cut my hair soon. It was lucky. Shampoo first, cut and no hair left around neck which I often find in other place.

Convenient location for me and the price is ok but the quality depends on which hairdresser you get. My most recent haircut there was a disaster. She was slow as well

The hair dressers come all qualified, which doesn't seem much but in the UK, there are so many that work as pros without, as it's not necessary to, by law. Each one of them totally skilled and knows exactly what they are doing to bring out what you have. As I don't go anywhere else, not sure if they are expensive in comparison but my recent visit hair cut, shampoo and hair dye 3 hour work, I paid £90. Worth every penny.

Amazing place! My husband & I have been coming here for all our hair needs including haircuts, treatments, colour etc (my husband has long, thick curly hair that requires a lot of maintaince) for over 10 years & we're always happy with the results. Customer service is so great, we are always comfortable!

I had a Japanese Yuko hair straightening - I am soooooo happy with it! My hair is so straight and no frizz at all
