Booked a last minute blow dry online and arrived 5 mins early. Told by one of the stylists to take a seat and it wouldn't be long. Sat in the salon for a further 25 mins with no explanation as to why there was a delay. Sadly couldn't wait so just left. Disappointed as reviews were mainly reassuring.

Worst experience I have ever had! Hairdresser was late, my roots are still showing and then spent about 2 minutes actually cutting my hair until I finally complained. I am going to have to get my roots done again. Not sure where all the five star reviews are coming out of. Never again.

The new look salon is amazing The staff are very friendly and accomating as I am a wheelchair user.
