After a consultation on what I'd like and what would best suit me, Gem restyled my mass of very long curly hair into a great long curly bob, perfect for the hot summer weather. The team were very friendly and the head massage during the hair washing was lovely. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to this salon for a number of years now and I’m always so pleased with the results. The level of care and attention by the staff to ensure you’re satisfied with the results doesn’t go unnoticed. The salon itself is kept clean and tidy… and the head massage after the hair wash is a definite bonus! ;)

I went to this salon because of its great reviews, only because of it's great reviews. I knew what cut and colour I wanted and I didn't need any advice or suggestions. All I wanted was to have the cut and colour done within the limited time I had. ( which I mentioned several times) I had one of the senior stylist doing my hair, I have showed her a picture of the hair style I wanted and asked her if she can do such a cut, I asked again if she was sure she can do a cut like this and she assured me that this was absolutly not a problem. She said she can do the cut. We discussed the colour as well where I was also very specific about the colour, considering time restrictions. When I went in I had a rather long hair, when I came out I had an awfuly short french bob style cut, instead of longer pixy style and highlights which look like horrible and very thick straws and which don't blend in nicely. Once my hair was chopped beyond anything acceptable, sitting on that chair and looking in the mirror all I wanted was to just leave. I was so so upset and angry with myself for letting this happen that I haven't said anything while still in the shop, i was also in hurry and thinking how to get where Iwas going quickly. I paid and I was offered to call if needed so it can be arranged for me to come in for a " retouching " but what can be retouched if your long hair was chopped without any decency to a lenght that cannot even be put behind ear and is literally nothing, absolutly nothing like the hairstyle I wanted. Now I will need to wIt months for the hair to grow back before I can find a competent stylist to do something about it ( not even mentioning the colour).
If you are not able to do something- just say it, go slowly, be honest - don't ruin someones hair and think its ok, it's not OK we are paying a lot of money for your services.
So so disappointed and would definitely not recommend nor go back to this place!

I've been coming here for some time because it's a lovely place with very competent hairstylists! I have very fine fly away hair and I wanted a completely different and shorter style of which i was a bit nervous about but Brooke put me at my ease which gave me the confidence to go ahead and have it done! I must say she did a brilliant job and I'm very happy with the end result! Thank you Brooke!

The salon is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm and professional. It’s so nice to be remembered and met by all with a smile and genuine interest. Brooke cuts, styles and highlights and I would not go anywhere else: she is simply the best! Can not fault them in any way.

We have been taking our son there for five years (since he was four), and we always get great service. Great haircut, lovely with kids, and always serving with a smile. Highly recommend it.

First time going and Lucy was so lovely! Made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job at layering my hair. The other girl who washed my hair was so friendly too.

I had such a lovely first experience at Escape Hair today with Brooke, I came in to sort my colour that had gotten brassy and for a cut.
Had a really thoughtful consultation followed by a hair cut and toner that made my hair better than I pictured when I went in.
All of the staff so lovely welcoming me when I came in. I cant wait to go back.
