Charlie Brown Hair Reigate

Do NOT get your hair bleached here. I had virgin brown hair, asking to be lifted to a blonde. In the consultation I was told this was do-able. during my actual appointment I was there 4 hours. And turned out three different shades of ginger. I’d paid for it, not seeing it in sunlight and was appalled. they’d missed spots and streaks of brown. I had to have 2 consultations after from 2 different managers in 2 different salons. I went in an again for it to try to be blonde rather than ginger and the only difference was the toner used. Once that faded, I asked for a refund. Charlie browns policy isn’t to give refunds, but to fix their mistakes. once I had a third consultation in yet another store. They must’ve come to the conclusion that my hair was too damaged and offered me a full refund. the only reason I’ve put a star is because of the employee’s they are lovely people, but my experience was not.

My daughter granddaughter and myself had 5 star treatment today at Charlie browne with Charlie very professional and did our hair perfect cannot recommend him more

I've been coming to Charlie Brown for about six years which is the longest I've ever stuck with one hair salon which in itself is a compliment. Claudia always listens to exactly what I want with my hair and I have never left disappointed, I can't imagine going elsewhere. The atmosphere is lovely, friendly and casual but professional, the other staff seem very approachable and conversational without being chatty and too familiar. I have recommended this salon to a few people and would happily do so again.
