The ladies here are really lovely. I live their salon dog, and they even let me bring my dog to help socialise him. You get a good service, and at a good price (when you consider the area we live in). Been going here for over a year, and would happily keep going back

I wanted to support a local hairdressers and made an appointment during Tier 4 of the Pandemic. I was asked to sit on the black couch which on closer inspection was covered in hair. The lady that shampooed, was nice and chatty, however, the hair cut was very uneven and she failed to cross check the cut. Looking around, the salon was very dirty. the shelves for product and shelve in front of the cutting mirror was very very dusty.Not just recent missed cleaning. The floor was dirty and overall deep clean is required. The stylist perhaps owner??? Left the shop to do an errand and left her client in the chair alone. I guess she was well known and did not mind the lack of attention. This is not the best practice that I usually find in a salon. Upon returning home I checked my hair and was very disappointed with the overall result. I do think that with elbow grease and onward training I would give this salon another go!!!

Recently had an appointment with The Venue. Was disappointed that my appointment was incorrectly booked, resulting in five hours in the salon. Upon getting home I was so disappointed with both the cut, and colour of my hair. Asked for ashy blonde, and my hair was practically yellow. I hadn’t noticed under the bright lights of the salon, but was so gutted when I realised. Furthermore, I spent the following three weeks pulling scabs from my head where my scalp had been burnt with the bleach. Tried to call several times but couldn’t get through, and contacted them via their Instagram. No response. Unfortunately this will be my last visit to this salon, and I will not recommend it.

Enjoyable visit, extremely friendly, well pleased with the hair cuts and styling, attention to detail was excellent, salon was well presented, and well up to speed reference cleanliness and presentation, well done to all the staff, and so personally pleased to at last to find a salon that I'm really happy with. 🎶🎼
