TONI&GUY Bury St Edmunds

This was my first visit to Toni and Guy, BSE. My stylist, Zoe, listened very carefully to my rambling explanation of what I wanted done and she achieved that and beyond. All of the staff in the salon were very friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with my newly highlighted and long-layered hair!

Booked an appointment to blend a halo extension. Mentioned it in the notes and everything. Day of they tell me they can’t do it. If they were regular extensions they could? But because I had a halo they couldn’t. Thought Tony and Guy was a professional salon which is why I didn’t go to a local and they suggested going to a local. Super disappointed.

Great way and hair cut by Zoe. She listened to my criteria and suggested some layers to add volume and elongate my face. Also recommended some products for my hair. Really impressed with the team.

I *had* to leave this review after getting my hair cut by Lisa! I normally travel back to London to get my hair done, but over the past year have been seeing the wonderful Mollie for an incredible Keratin treatment (10/10 would recommend!!). Today I got a cut from Lisa and am SO happy. She listened really carefully, offering her own advice and considered my lifestyle and hairtype really carefully. I absolutely love it and won't be going back to Wimbledon from now on! Thanks ladies! ❤️

I visited this branch to have my hair cut and styled for a wedding, I usually use my local Toni&Guy in Kent so decided I would stick with the company even though I was far from home. Unfortunately I was feeling very unwell and was so worried about having my hair done but I shouldn’t of worried. The staff were so kind and helpful and made me feel totally at ease and my hair was styled beautifully for the function. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I left so disappointed… my hair style and length hadn’t changed much after the “hair cut”. I would call it rather blow dry for £50. I won’t be going there again and also wish I was more confident not to pay.

Have had so many compliments on my hair after my cut & blowdry today by the very talented Jason. I went with ideas, the cut Jason gave me is far better & suits me perfectly. Would highly recommend. Excellent service from everyone in the salon.

Really good experience. The gentleman who did my hair was very professional and didn't need any real guidance on how I wanted it. It's the best hair cut I've had for a long time!
