Amazing service, lovely people, left looking glamorous!

On arrival for my appointment yesterday was told to go and sit down sat there for a few minutes nobody came over so I went over to the reception where 2 members of staff were talking and had been for some time. I asked them how long Jade would be she was with another client and she wouldn't be long but I could tell she was going to be quite a while there was no offer of a cup of tea/coffee or a magazine to read while I waited !! Disgusted with customer care left and will not be returning Carys

My appt was with Caroline Pheiffer, beautician and whole listic therapist.

Cut waaaaay to much of my hair off. Was absolutely devastated leaving and cried for hours

This was my first haircut since lockdown and I was a little nervous.
I needn't of been.

It's appointment only to prevent people just popping in. You wait in your car until you get called in, put your mask on, answer a brief covid-19 questionnaire, sanitise your hands and then walked through to the hair washing stations.
Everything is marked off with tape so you don't go too close to anyone else and there are perspex screens between each hair styling station. They gave you a disposable cape to wear over your shoulders.
The stylists wore face shields.

I felt incredibly safe despite the current situation.
My hair had a good chop from long to an angled bob.

Contactless payment and e-receipts at the end.
