Lazarou (Hair Salon) City Centre Opposite Castle

I can't fault them completely, they were all so nice and accommodating and rescheduled when work got in the way. But I came in to consultation requesting a smokey cool tone lavender. And unfortunately ended up with more a warm tone magenta. I thought I would maybe trust the fade because there were some purple tones in my hair, but 4 days after the appointment I'm getting blonde streaks showing through and pink hair. I showed both consultee and hairdresser the exact same reference, and another stylist on the day of the appointment even took a photo of the reference. I liked the people and service, but I feel they didn't care or listen to give a closer result.

Rachel styled my hair so nicely for my graduation! Very professional, and such ana amazing result. Will definitely come back again, as I trust her with my hair so much.

I had an amazing experience at Lazarou with Rachel as my stylist. Even though it was a busy morning in the salon it was still a relaxing experience. Rachel was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Rachel listened to what I wanted and I left the salon with my hair exactly how I wanted it. I love my new hair and I can’t wait to come back✨

I'm a university student and was looking for an affordable, friendly hair salon. Ceri cut and finished my hair and I'm so happy with the results! She was really friendly and it was so easy to explain what I wanted. Would definitely recommend a friend and come again. Discount is an extra added bonus :)

I found Rachel at Lazerou on instagram and fell in love with her copper balayage work! I booked in easily online and had an incredible experience with Rachel at Lazerou today. It was my first time meeting her and she was lovely, professional and friendly. I showed her a photo of what I was hoping to achieve and she talked me through the options and how it would look on my hair. I took her advice, trusted her and I’m so glad I did! I’m obsessed with my new copper balayage and I’m so glad I’ve found Lazerou!

I had a Skin fade done by David, who done a wonderful job, was attentive and very chatty.
The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was that I booked with Andreas, and on the day I was advised that he’s not available.

Overall I’m satisfied, David made up for this hiccup, with the attentiveness and professionalism, and most importantly, great fade and trim!

I would’ve preferred a call just to notify that Andreas couldn’t do the cut, never mind.

Thank you, I will be back for future cuts.

Love love love my new hair cut! Rachel was so amazing she somehow fixed my hair from being so dead and straggly to having shiny thicker healthy hair in just a haircut! Amazing, I showed Rachel what is wanted which was a blowout hairstyle but expecting it not to look as nice as the photos as my hair was so thin and damaged but wow it looks better than I could ever of imagined- Rachel is like some kind of Magician! This was my first time going to lazarou I will 1000% be back and wont be able to go anywhere else again! 🤍

My wife had an appointment today, that could not be performed because of "lack of time". To give context, we live 40 min away from the salon and we were planning on leaving an hour before the appointment. The traffic already showed us that we would be late, and we informed the salon about this with our new expected arrival time. 5 min before that eta, we received a call from the salon and explained again that because of traffic we were still 10 min out. At this time they attempted to already cancel our appointment, but as we explained again that we were just 10 minutes out and we informed before of our new eta this seemed to have been accepted, as they said "arrive as soon as possible".
I dropped of my wife and parked the car. By the time I got there, it was clear that the service was not being performed and our delay seemed not to have been properly communicated. The behaviour or the staff was not professional at all and they insulted my wife and instead of trying to offer solutions, they were just playing the blame game.
As we had a great experience with the skin test, I did not expect anything like this!
I understand that appointment is an appointment, but some flexibility should be there and at least the willingness to still offer a service to a paying customer.
As foreigners, being Dutch and Indian, we are not used to this lack of professionalism.
