Good prices compared to others. Good food, not too salty. Polite staff. Needs little bit more cleanliness inside. Long queues for food.

Customer service is outstanding from the frontline staff Muddasir and preparation of food at the back by the chef Usman.

Grilled food - you'll rarely find very little of it charred or burnt, yet had variety of seasoning to make your mouth water.

Fried food is good, fresh although I prefer the healthier option.

Will give you chilled drink in a separate bag so it doesn't heat up if given in the food bag.

They take both cash and card without limits on minimum purchase, (most of the food meals are on average £3 or above, quality which is reflected in the taste of their food).

Really disappointing when you are really hungry and you get bad quality of food. You can also tell when they fry with old oil you get that bitter taste in the chips. Be sure to check your salad in your burger as they don't really care as I received a old cucumber and the cheese was hard like plastic as if it was left out. The chips also where hard and not fully cooked. They should cook for another minute or 2. I don't understand how they can sell food like this to customers thinking they won't notice.

Made a Uber eats order around last night around 10.40pm I didn’t i receive my food till 12.15am due to them claiming awaiting for a driver, the driver said different when I questioned him and plus I didn’t receive 2 grilled burgers that shouldn’t been included in the meal . That’s over £25 in there pocket I won’t be ordering from them again. However the rest of food that was delivered was warm and good just disappointed I didn’t get my burgers which I was looking forward to.

I used to be a regular customer ordering from zingo at nights but the service was terrible. Food was always delivered late and was most likely to be burned,hard,cold and sometimes uncooked. Chips was soggy and the burgers was tasteless.Best place to waste your money on.

Hi Dear Peoples, I have tried many restaurants but I didn’t write any Positive or negative feedback, but unfortunately I am writing first time my bad experience about this restaurant just warn to all other peoples, I was give the order some pizzas and some food, as staff member he wasn’t sure how he need to make it un professional staff all of the food incredibly was rubbish and second very important thing which I saw 5,6 Rats 🐀🐀🐀was normal on the floor 🤮🤮🤮 as seriously still I feel vomiting I was with family when I saw all of these things and standard state way all of the food we left the food and gone.

As Awareness, please never Eat anything from this Restaurant. Thanks

Zingo was excellent before under old management. Now new managements are worse. Wings looks like BBQ coz of old oil. We all know oil price gone up simply change menu price. Maxi grill front of them I would recommend. Never ever going back. (oh when I asked why wings are so dark blackish they said its fresh I told them 1 week old oil 100% and I didn't come from different planet.)

Food is not that nice and the chicken is dry. Only semi decent if you add sauces on top which they are extremely stingy with🤣 ordered some food and asked if they could pour some sauces on top to which they declined and said they’re 25p had no change on me and the minimum card payment is £1.They keep no sauce bottles on tables for customers to use. Also, do not ubereats this place at night the food is always bad im guessing they use old oil to fry up everything and the wings came rock hard lmaoo🤣🤣🤣
