Five Guys Maidstone

Pretty good but not outstanding. The patties were a little dry for my liking. Next time I'll have to add more of the free toppings to make the burger juicier.. Otherwise it was tasty. Fries are pretty expensive at £3.75 for the small portion.

Brilliant service. Simple with how the menu works. Food cooked fresh. Milkshakes amazing.

My first Five Guy's, it was ok, not sure what the hype is about TBH. Shame the burgers are well done (definitely not juicy as the sign in the store said), would be nice to get a choice of how you want your burger cooked. Chips & milkshake were good. Everything is very over priced!!

Best burgers in the area hands down, I travel from Sittingbourne to Maidstone for the burgers and fries from Five Guys as there isn't Five Guys in Sittingbourne. Juicy burgers and fresh ingredients used, fries taste superb and a good drinks selection is offered too. The atmosphere feels more special than other burger restaurants. Service is good, I don't mind waiting longer in comparison to other restaurants cooking similar food as I know I am getting quality with Five Guys and it will be worth the wait. The only downside in the cost of the items. Me and my partner had two burgers, shared a regular fries and had two drinks and it came to £32 which is usually double what we'd pay for similar food such as burgers etc then we have to use our own fuel to get to Five Guys and also have money spare for parking whilst we eat there as their is no free parking near the Maidstone Five Guys location. So it's nearly £40 to have our Five Guys 'fix' but great food at that. Just can't have it often due to not many locations and the expenses involved.

Just had my food delivered.... I was nearly speechless when I saw what I've got! Burned, dry food, fries nothing what I was expecting and what they usually serve at the restaurant, some cheap soggy French fries, looks seasoned in a pic but it doesn't taste much or anything close to that spicy seasoning that you get at the counter. Dog and burger is a JOKE, I feel like they been taking a Micky out of me tonight. Food looks like a slop that someone sat on, burned, looks incomplete (burger is missing jalapeños) and just purely DISGUSTING. I'm not eating this S***t sorry and you should be ASHAMED of yourselves because DOGS get served better food than THIS! Disgrace to FIVE GUYS chain

Five stars for Five Guys in Maidstone. Welcoming, friendly staff to start, big thanks for Rogerio to sorting out my orders and recommending from the menu. Amazing burger with fries and all toppings deserved. Must come with jalapeno🍔🌶🫑. Spotless, clean store, hand sanitizer by the entrance #beatcovid. Good luck Guys, I'll be back😎

Went here for lunch yesterday and it was a great experience. I’ve had bad experiences before in other branches where customer service was non-existent, but the manager here really went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome. The food was amazing, as five guys burgers usually are. Yes it’s expensive, but it’s very tasty, filling and they give you loads of food. Definitely coming here again next time I’m in town!
