The bridge burger and dogs

Honestly the rudest staff I have ever encountered within a restaurant. The main course was nice, however the dessert was cold with ice within the middle - therefore we returned the dessert, only to receive a dirty look from staff members. Considering we were a large group of people and the bill was over £100 the service we received was completely uncalled for.

Literally the worst burger I've ate in my life. An extra £3 if you want cheese on it and don't buy it downstairs thinking you can take it up stairs, Ohhhhh no. Though the sign pictured reads restaraunt|seating upstairs. It actually means the restaurant has seating apparently and its not extra seating for the downstairs area. Rude staff, shoddy food, false advertising. Avoid

Truly shocking service, very rude staff, I have tried for 2 days to have breakfast there with 5 guests and every time there has been a reason not to serve us. Even though Restaurant was empty....

Avoid if you can. Bough big dog which should have polish sausage but all you get is disgusting English one. Fries are decent but nothing else

Appalling. So much so that I wrote in to highlight the issues I had just to be told they know about them! Food is very expensive for what it is but the main thing that gets you is the abysmal service. Pay nearly £30 for a hot dog and 2 single burgers with soft drinks then wait for 25 minutes. No system of production in place. These lot could run a bath let alone a kiosk stand at a busy conference centre. Never again

Food was cold, barely any toppings on the burger itself and no place to sit

Had the beef burger and chips and the vegan burger there were 4 of us and we all enjoyed the food tbh it was a very good burger better than and Mcdz Burger King or even five guys I don’t know if it depends on the chef or what.

The price is a little bit high for a burger and chips but I’d give it a solid 8/10
