Fantastic customer service. The lady at the till was very helpful (didnt get her name) and even confirmed with her colleague to make sure the product i was buying was the right one. Her colleague Anthony went above and beyond to help. A great team. Well done.

Overdue Review.

As a fairly frequent customer over the last couple of years I feel it's about time I left a review, so here goes.
From my personal experience I have to say that the staff at the Blackburn branch have been friendly and courteous.
Orders have always been ready for collection quickly and in my experience, the prices are usually very competetive.
I'll certainly continue to use this branch as a source for my equipment / DIY needs for the foreseeable future.

I rarely review shops, but after this mornings visit to Blackburn Toolstation I feel I have to. I wanted a bike chain and padlock for my new bike, and was more than confused by the various options, so I went down to the shop rather than buying online. The service I received from Alison and Umir was absolutely second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they really went the ‘extra mile’ to ensure that what I got was precisely what I needed. What really stuck out though was how friendly they both were, it really was a pleasure. I hope a member of management reads this and appreciates exactly how good these two are.

I have used this branch many times and on my last visit was attended to by a new lady called Alison who said she had recently started work there.
I found her to be very polite and helpful ,she found what I required without fuss and was very friendly.

Great prices every time I come here, and no line! So far the quality of every low priced hand tool, from scrapers to Allen keys have been head and shoulders over the similarly priced tools from their main competitor.
