Screwfix Hoddesdon

I have used a fair few screwfix shops over the london area and the one at Hoddesdon is hands down the best one. Staff are always polite and helpful. They are quick to resolve any issues with your order. Never have to wait long either for click and collect orders.

Paid for a click and collect service at the Hoddesdon branch today and was met by a very helpful young lady by the name of Jacky, I explained that I had knee problems and would she mind putting my order on a trolly and wheeling it out to the car, without any hesitation she was off and back within minutes with a smile on her face she even put it all in my car with professional care. thank you Jacky.

I’m shocked… so about 4 months ago my boyfriend brought £600 worth of tools from screw fix hoddesdon. He went to work the next day and the tool had already broke so we called up and explained and they sent it off for repair. Still waiting 4 months down the line!! STILL HAVENT RECIEVED IT! Been down there and been told they had given it to someone else so we have to wait for another one. Absolute joke! Never ordering from here again

Fast efficient useful at 5:30pm on a Saturday afternoon doing plumbing work.... love it, be a plumber they said, it will be fun they said 😉

Great place for all your diy needs, helpful and very friendly service needs a better sign outside as not that easy to find

The staff are all very friendly and more than happy to help you out even if you've not really got a clue how you are going to do the job. The trade counter is always ready with tea and biscuits and the prices are obvious and simple. Lissy on trade is always willing to help and I'm always happy ro send my customers un to see her if they need a hand with something and I'm not about .

The staff at Screwfix Hoddesdon are always excellent and very helpful.
