Experience in store varies, depending on the store and individual staff. None are particularly knowledgeable about the products, but the level of help they are willing to offer varies considerably.

Convenient location, fast collection. Plus the staff are so helpful - finding alternatives when the product I wanted was out of stock, even called head office for me to sort out why my refund hadn't been processed. Highly recommend.
