Only needed some sand and cement, but plenty of stock and friendly polite staff. Also had a click and collect to pick up, again the staff member was polite and helpful. No really any more could be asked for.

I usually shop in Trade point a few times a month. Prices are good and staff are very helpful if you need a bit of advice with certain products.

I have used TradePoint every time I go to B&Q, and using my trade card I always get 10% discount, so thumbs up.

Huge store. Well priced. Not too many price rises here. Clean like all tesco stores very friendly and clean.

B&Q was good. Found what I wanted but also found the same thing cheaper at tool station, stove paint and stove primer. 50% cheaper actually. But their timber was good with helpful & knowledgeable staff helped get the right screws etc for my pergola building project as well as gravel and edging roll I wanted.

Why bother having a trade card when you don't get any discount .
Total joke.

This place actually has nearly anything you will ever need in DIY if you can find it. A good walk of 60 lanes stacked 20 feet high. Would be 5 but I used to love my local hardware store for convenience and the old left hand threaded or imperial measured threads. Parking is easy. Avoid football days or you risk long queues..

I have found that B&Q have gone down in my expectation! over the last few months I've been working on a few projects and I have had to wait weeks for materials no one seems to know when they will arrive so it is hard to plan projects.
