Screwfix Havant

Went in the store and couldn't find what I wanted in the catalogue. Went up to the counter where the bloke was very good and helpful, even when he had to keep on running backwards and forwards to get me what I needed. Would definitely use this store again.

I seem to frequent screwfix A LOT! I think their pricing is fair with some exceptions. It is quick to order and the click and collect system is spot on. I do find that the knowledge and advice of staff can be quite lacking mind.

Click and collect only currently, but web site is easy to use. Bought while in car outside, goods were ready to collect in 5 mins. Great

It's a Screwfix, they sell screws and things! And as far as a Screwfix goes this is a good one! Almost as good as that other Screwfix, you know the really good one in your town. That's a bit like the one in the town over there but not quite as good because it's not your Screwfix, well not yours per se, but you know what I mean, stop being so pedantic it's just a review of a Screwfix, it's not the 9 o'clock news is it! Actually that was quite good, not the 9 o'clock new, in the 80's if memory serves. You can actually watch it on YouTube now, so why don't you go and have a look, it's ok I'll wait while you do.......

Well what can I say. Average service Above average price and below average interest from low paid staff .

Staff are really helpful, there's always a queue but it does move quickly. Ample user friendly parking including disabled spaces.
Prices are good. Wide range of items in the catalogue.
Really recommend the click & collect service. It quite often has a busy queue, only gripe would be standing indoors near to quite a few people with perhaps less than 2m between people queuing and leaving, many of whom are trades people visiting multiple work locations.

Visited the Havant branch today to collect a few items only to be told by the guy serving I couldn’t purchase anything without a code. As the catalogues are put away for COVID reasons I was told to go away and find the code on my phone.
I am a pensioner without a smart phone and usually find the whole experience at Screwfix second to none with very helpful assistants.
To say I was disappointed today with my wasted journey is an understatement. DISAPPOINTED !

Hopeless! Took 30 mins to be served. In the end a frustrated customer asked for the manager, he was told that he was on a break! When the manager finally came he was clearly the source of the issue and lacking any conflict resolution skills. He seemed to be looking for sympathy from customers by complaining that he hadn't had a break yet that day rather than listening to customers. Time for a new manager! Dated 5pm on the 23rd June so that Screwfix can investigate this and take action.
