Toolstation Farnham

Ordered a sander late on a Thursday evening, I had missed the cut off for the next day delivery and to my surprise got a call saying it had been delivered before 10am the following day. Extremely pleased with the service, the young chap in the store, Phil, was excellent, extremely helpful and knowledgable. Would highly recommend and will be back again in the future.

Got looked after very well by Pete. My first visit so I wasn’t too sure about product codes and click and collect procedures.
Pete was patient and polite and looked up what I asked for and dealt with me very efficiently.
I will be back to buy more things when the need or opportunity arises,

I do not leave my home very frequently, but when I do, I am often shocked at the way some members of the public are treated by employees who should know better. I attended this place recently and one of your members spoke to someone extremely harshly. He spoke to this person in a condescending way. Had he had the audacity to speak to me like that, I would have left the shop. Good manners and courtesy are important. The way people choose to treat others speaks volumes about their character.

Showed stock. Drove thete to pick up . No stock. Cost money and time. Update your computer's.

First time customer, managed to get exactly what I needed. Very helpful staff both Linda and Ryan who helped me get my purchase loaded into my car. Its always a pleasure to get good customer service. Will certainly use again. Many thanks.

Excellent service - I went in with a query on what tool to use on my car battery remote and came out with it fixed. Two of the guys there were really helpful, knowledgable and practical. Thank you for your help! There is also free customer parking right outside the door.

Recently purchased a Dehumidifier from Farnham Toolstation, via their online click and collect service. It was very easy and by far the safest way to shop During Covid lock down. The team member called Tim was polite and efficient. The time I spent in the shop was no more than 3 minutes. I highly recommend both the team members and the click and collect service.

Had the pleasure of buying some bits and bobs from the Farnham branch this week. Linda and the team were very welcoming and attentive considering working in an unusual situation. Smiles from all (including me). Will be returning soon. :)
