This store has the best customer service!
Big Chris was my favourite but now Lilly might of taken the lead.
I was having a nightmare of a day but the help given and patience changed my day!

Jack and Helen were so incredibley helpful when i came in today. After wasting 40 minutes in B&Q, being told the idem I wanted didn't exist, I came to Toolstation and they immediately identified the item I needed, then helped me to make sure I had all other necessary parts.
Their cheerful attitudes and helpfulness honestly made my day, thank you again!!!

Great branch. Collection are quick & easy, no hassle. Staff are always really helpful, polite & chatty. Would recommend!

Excellent service as usual. Pass everyday on my way to work, and with click & collect never adds more than a couple of minutes to my journey (which is handy as I normally stop a least once a week as I usually forget something!) brilliant service from Chris as he normally gets my bits ready when he sees me park up! Recommend highly!

Came into store yesterday and didn't know quite what I needed but the lovely young lady Lilly helped me work it out and was so very helpful! Excellent customer service at this branch
