I wouldn't even rate this shop one star.
AVOID! Useless staff and extremely rude owner. Only out to take your money.
I bought two expensive bulbs from the store, once returning back to my office I discovered I'd been given the wrong ones (Very annoying). After going back to exchange them we then realised it wasn't the bulb that needed replacing it was the light fixture that had broken. Returning to the store I was told I couldn't get a refund?! Nowhere in the shop does it state this clearly made up policy. Instead I was handed a mobile phone and told to speak to the owner. He was rude and not understanding in the slightest. The worst customer service I ever experienced.

It's great to have a store with so many hardware-like necessities locally. But the other day the owner would not put on a mask in the cramped little store because he was talking on the phone. I left and ordered on Amazon. A pity.

I didn't purchase anything or see prices, but the impression was better than the 1* led me to expect. Was still open at 15:40 on a Sunday (was worried after the other review). Lots of bits in store. Bloke behind till was helping a customer and knowledgeable about where bits were.

The owner is super friendly and really good at what he does. Great shop and would definitely recommend it if you are looking to buy some hardware!

Some bits and pieces are overpriced in this store, however the people who work there are always polite and extremely helpful. They explain and show everything, and have little chats with you even when you don't have any specific questions. They've always given me a ton of advice on how to fix things in my house.

AVOID this 'shop'. It sells overpriced, substandard goods. Got completely fleeced. Plus terrible, rude service. I've since discovered Kennedy's hardware shop on Shirland Road where the staff are nice and very helpful.

The rudest staff ever. I can't wait for this shop to close. If you live in the area do not shop here. Terrible cheap merchandise served by miserable, vile staff. Avoid at all costs!
