Amazing place for most of the things to do with hardware and building supplies. Staff are really friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to help and advice on products needed.

The service is quick and efficient. They have a free car parking and it's also wheelchair accessible. There is also a seperate section for the builders.

1. Bought a product online that was “in stock” only to discover that it wasn’t in stock. I had to wait 2 days, in the end, for it to be delivered to the store. If I had known in advance I would have bought it at Toolstation! 2. No priority for click and collect so I always have to wait AGES to get my product. Given point #1, the advantages of click and collect are ZERO. 3. Bought a product online then found the exact same product in store for a lower price. After waiting for all the bogus excuses to run out, staff finally admitted the store price was wrong but said they’d honour the lower price advertised. AFTER the refund for the online purchase, they changed their mind and made me buy the item again at the higher price! What a waste of time!!! Such consistent incompetence in one store. Head office should investigate.

Worst branch I've had the displeasure of visiting painfully slow even with no customers.
I would rather go anywhere else even if they cost more.
Make sure they scan your receipt otherwise you will spend most of your life waiting I mean even when they do you'll still spend a good chunk waiting.
Shame as most branches are excellent

This was the most unpleasant experience from all the time I been to Screwfix. The team member from the till was very rood and unhelpful. All I did asked was for some help but his attitude was that he doesn’t need to help, he is there just to deal with the till.
The team member was very arrogant and intimidating talking over me and abuse me.
Really bad experience. I will never use this branch. The best one is in Southgate.

Really helpful staff, they were happy to replace a drill I bought from them when it went wrong soon after purchase. I had a deadline to meet so this really helped me. Thanks.

Staff here are generally knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. It's generally busy and sometimes there are queues, but that's mainly because of the pandemic. If you visit, just be a little patient, you will be seen to.

Tony served me and he was a great help. Fast, efficient and even wheeled the central heating to my car. 10/10 customer service!!!!

Good place , staff trieng to rush to much when client is not ready yet...because of client looking most of materials from books 😀 🙄 😑 and staffs are lazy 😴 😑 they don't want to show more items 😴 🙄 😑 😒 😕 what they got in stock...
