They have been very knowledgeable about a number of hardware & auto factor questions getting answered with informed knowledge. If they cannot get something OR cannot answer your questions, they usually will know of someone who can.

Polite, friendly, mature & experienced staff under good management. I understand (only recently moved to Folkestone myself), that they were a separate auto factors & hardware shops, who combined & brought much range of tools, consumables & parts under one roof.

All they need now, is to wear those traditional brown warehouse coats & they would take you back another era! What ever happened to such clientele relationships with their retailers?

Worth the effort to visit on spec, they may have the answer before you have asked the question.

Really helpful, always happy to give advise, and still managing to keep their prices low compared to all the big hardware stores around :)

Good hardware store for everyday essentials. Good selection of screws and nuts. They also have household and car stuff. Parking is possible on the street but don't count on it. It has very good location in the town centre.

Service knowledge price cant be beaten you can buy the exact quantity you want they understand your vague description of what you need and get you the right item expert friendly service that is rare to find long may they continue

These guys are great. Always friendly and they know their stuff. If they havent got what you looking for they will know where to get it.

One of my favourite shops in town. It is a treasure trove of so many items that one needs such as laundry baskets, curtain wires, bath plugs, bathroom cleaners and other items. There is a section which deals in car items, key cutting facilities and various items. The staff are friendly and so helpful. I recommend visiting this shop and I am sure that they will be happy to assist you.

I went in for some very specific screws and they adapted some to fit.

Television now up and running again.
