Essential DIY shop, we needed this type of shop so desperately in Brixton. I went there a couple of days ago to buy some product to unblock my pipes and they were so helpful. Recommend recommend recommend!!!

After having a broken lock for a year, I purchased a new one. Brilliant local shop. Fully stocked. Fantastic helpful staff. Just what Brixton needs.

This is a really gem of a shop. Huge range of options all packed in and - based on my basket - great prices.

Have been a few times this last year, absolutely love the woman working there she’s fabulous. Unfortunately having a frustrating situation with keys - 4 attempts to get a key cut, (2 done in reverse and now two too short, after I specifically said the last one was too short). Have had keys cut here before, and when it’s the woman staff member serving then you’ll get a good key - but I wouldn’t trust them to cut a key otherwise. Will be trying elsewhere, 4 times is too many to go back again.

Hammertime is a really useful and much-needed store in Brixton. All the usual local supermarkets are lacking in DIY products, but Hammertime makes up the shortfall and then some. Friendly service too!

Great place for DIY enthusiasts. I looked everywhere from Croydon to Penge, including Homebase and B&Q for Sonic Rodent Repellent but no luck until I accidentally passed Hammertime DIY and took a chance to check and hooray I found it.
