I have visited this shop on numerous occasions over the years and I highly recommend this shop. It has everything that you need the staff are always friendly and helpful and are willing to go the extra mile. Keep up the good work.

Brilliant service from the guys there. Went in there for a gas tap and a few other things for a gas cooker. The guys were more than happy to help and gave me valuable information. Brilliant products and a wealth of knowledge from M & G. 10 stars :)

The best DIY store in town, the customer service was great and communication skills were on point. They knew exactly what they were talking about and were great with advice. They are filled with all DIY goods from washers to pipes and I regularly buy all my super glues and battery’s from this shop. All items are genuine and high quality, also got great paint from there. I will always come here for my DIY needs, 5 stars for sure!

Great selection of stuff and the 2 guys who work here are lovely, I always feel comfortable asking them for tips and know they give good advice. The one time they didn't have something I needed the owner even told me where to get it instead. Best hardware shop I've found in London!

Unprofessional they advised me to buy a tape to stick foam panels that it’s not sticking at all, I also showed them pictures of the panels before buying it and they refused to make a refund. 8.50£ for a tape that doesn’t work thrown away

They provide excellent service to you when you’re buying materials. they advised me what to use etc so i really appreciate that. There is not much of selection for materials compared to other big supply stores, but it is convinient for me :)

I have braught a few electrical and plumbing bits from here and must say saves me a lot of time travelling and queing up in large stores, prices here are competitive and service really great The people behind the counter are knowledgeable. They will go out of there way to help and advise you. What more do you want.

Very friendly staff but not very well stocked. I tried to purchase plastic cable ties and got told they would cost £9 per bag. It's was very disappointing because I was looking for a local hardware that potentially I would have frequented often.
