Toolstation West Drayton

Always smiling happy staff. 5 star service every time. This is probably the friendliest Toolstation around. I usually pick up my orders in the morning and the staff in store never fail to start my day with a positive attitude. Thank you guys and gals at Toolstation West Drayton 😍

Prices are cheap but the sales assistant with the screw in his eyebrow is very unhelpful and rude. Please send him on a customer service course.

The service was 5 Star plus very very helpful & went way beyond any service I have received at any similar shop in my local area.
I would particularly like to mention a gentleman called Sean who couldn’t do enough to solve my problem not once but twice 👍

Been to Toolstation several times for diy stuff and as always Sean and Ania were very helpful in suggesting solution that would work. Great service as ever!

We went in 7.15pm and was served by Sean who was great, he was super helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Helped and advised us to buy power tools and a few other bits and bobs.

I would definitely go back to this store because of the service we received from Sean, he was with us for nearly half an hour.

He also had a awesome eyebrow piercing as well!! 👍😁
