Now charging £2 for online orders delivered to store, and £5 for home delivery no matter order value, I never got notified my order had arrived in store, went in to buy hair remover product but decided to buy it elsewhere cheaper , lady in store had to wheel order out in trolley as I could not manage weight .

Brought sample pots of paint Wednesday, liked colour so Friday came to purchase two big pots of paint (two different colours). One was on the shelf the other I found had to be ordered . Lady on the till wasn't too eager to order and wasn't sure of how to use the computer to order. Eventually after trying to get required paint on screen they found the system was down. I was then told to call back later to see if the system was working. I Replied that was not the best idea as I live in Belper and it probably would be a better idea to take my number and ring me when the paint was able to be ordered. I didn't receive a call Friday night to inform me of what was happening regarding my order ,so visited B&Q who mixed the required colour whilst I waited . Wall's have been painted Saturday afternoon and it is now Sunday morning with still no phone call from wilko's. Shocking service 👎

As the Ripley store is quite small the range of products is limited. However, on the whole I find the service here poor simply because the staff are always rather rude, to such an extent that I avoid the shop unless I cannot find the products I need elsewhere. I far prefer shopping in the Alfreton store as the range is wider and staff are much more helpful.

The quality of the goods is very good, the price is moderate, a lot of small daily necessities can be bought, I like to buy things in the Wilko.

For a moderate sized store have never had any trouble finding what I'm looking for. Well set out fair prices and very helpful staff
