I normally love toolstation products but all three staff members at the Tottenham branch couldn’t have been less helpful or interested in helping me on my last visit. Worst customer service I’ve received in years. Went over the road to screwfix and they couldn’t have been nicer or more on the ball. Like night and day. I know which one I’ll be going back too!
