Brilliant Service

I have been using Toolstation for some time. While all the branches I have used have great customer service, in my opinion this one is the best. Unlike their nearest competitor (SF), the orders are processed very quickly and the staff are friendly. During this pandemic, the collating and preparing your order has been really fast. The longest I have had to wait in the queue between arriving, collecting my goods and leaving the branch was a whole 3 minutes! If time is money, it is much cheaper to shop here.

As our local Toolstation branch, we regularly come here for all our tool and appliance needs. Scott and his team are so courteous and friendly and extremely efficient - they really make my regular visits memorable and enjoyable, be it to collect something or even to ask a question. An excellent branch, thoroughly recommend going to them if the location suits your needs: you won't regret it!

This is my local branch. Thank goodness that's the case. See the rest and then meet the best; each and every person working here is top class. Scott is a top guy and his team pull their weight with a genuine smile and efficient service. Wrt the poor review, must have been something catastrophic, it does not tally with my long experience of this store.

I would like to thank the staff at this store. They are always very helpful and polite. Nothing is to much trouble. By far the slowest toolstation that I've ever visited. Been here a dozen times and always taken way to long to get anything from here. The store isn't even busy. Its just slow service. I try to avoid this branch as much as possible. Especially if I'm in a rush.

Today I had the pleasure of camren. H, who was helping find the right screws for a project, he was the most helpful, nicest person I've come across in a long time, we need more people like him around, great service

Hopeless! Only ever placed five orders with Toolstation in total (click-and-collect) and three of them (all from this branch) weren't fulfilled due to selling stock that didn't exist. Highly frustrating, waste of time and obviously their stock system or processes are broken. Stick to Screwfix - over 200 orders with them from multiple branches and never had a problem. Better quality customer service as well.
