Today i witnessed the most appalling customer service, a lady was on one of the self checkouts and was having problems understanding the machine, what caught my attention was the lady working there very impatiently telling the customer to read the screen, and that was all the help she was offering while stood by chatting with a member of staff, the customer was very stressed and upset and expressed this by saying she thought the customer service could be better, the member of staff charged over to her in a very aggressive manner and told her if she didn’t like it she should leave, the customer left very upset and frustrated. The member of staff did absolutely nothing to diffuse the situation or help her, i felt very sorry for the customer and was extremely disgusted with this level of customer care.

Brought a Tin of their own brand Masonry Paint. (Don't normally scrimp when it comes to Paint being a decorator) really surprised how good this was for the money, most cheap paint is wishy-washy but this was a good consistency and covered well and went on easy.

Well what can I say?? It's Wilko we got all we needed that day for way less than we had calculated so thanks Wilko thanks alot we will see you again very soon I'm the near near future,thanks again

Its a big open plan store, well sign posted, clean! The staff when you got to them were lovely but just the one person on with the self tills not working, was not an enjoyable wait

The location is great. The staff is very good, always willing to help. There are two entry points for the store, one from the Dudley street and another from inside the mander centre. I find the shop always well stuffed and it's easy to find the stuff you are looking for. Wilko has everything under one roof.

It's a good store but they didn't have the item that I wanted.
